Step 1: Deposit

You need to send a security deposit to be able to view the auctions page.

Once deposit is approved, you can search for vehicles and send bids on vehicles you want to purchase.

If there is a successful bid, you will be notified, and the vehicle will be added to your portal.

Invoice will be uploaded on your portal, please check and confirm the invoice.

After confirming your invoice, please make the payment as early as possible (2-3 business days).

Once your payment is confirmed, we will process for shipment and send you the details as soon as they are confirmed.

Your car arrives to the port. Any additional document/equipment of the vehicle will be sent to you by post.

Your car arrives to the port. Any additional document/equipment of the vehicle will be sent to you by post.

Terms and Conditions

  • Arby International requires its customers to pay a 30% security/commitment deposit value of the C&F price of the car.
  • The C&F price includes the price of the car and the shipping fees to the designated seaport.
  • Once this amount is received, we will proceed to purchasing the car here in Japan from auctions.
  • After the purchase of the vehicle, the customers are given 3 business days to complete the rest of the payment.
  • Once the full payment is received, the shipment procedure of the car will be arranged.
  • After full payment is received, you can expect the car to arrive at your designated local seaport in 6-8 weeks, depending on shipment availability.
  • THE CARS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
  • We accept Bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT) to our Bank in Japan. Or payments can be done through PayPal.
  • In the case of a cancelled order, the losses incurred by the company will be covered by the security deposit.
  • If losses incurred by the company exceed the value of the deposit, the customer is liable to pay for the extra charges.

    How do I buy a car from Arby Japan?+
    Prior registration is required. So, the first step is to register with us. After registration is completed, you can choose your preference from our stock list, or let us know what you have in mind.
    What is the payment method?+
    We accept bank transfers and PayPal.
    Can I cancel my purchase order?+
    Yes, you can cancel your purchase order from stock vehicle within 5 days after confirmation and your deposit will be fully refunded. If the vehicle was purchased from your auction account through a bid and if notified within 1 hour of purchase, a penalty of JPY 120,000 would be charged to cancel. If the time exceeds more than 1 hour, then the total cost and loss of re-sale / re-auction would be charged and immediate charges would be deducted from your deposit.
    How long does it take to receive my car?+
    Once your payment is received the vehicle will be booked for the next available vessel to your destination. If the shipment is scheduled on roll-on roll-off (RORO), vessels are generally available - at least 1-2 ships a month. Container shipments are weekly based. Please refer to the shipment schedule by contacting a sales representative.
