Terms and Conditions

Arby International requires its customers to pay a 30% security/commitment deposit value of the C&F price of the car.
The C&F price includes the price of the car and the shipping fees to the designated seaport.
Once this amount is received, we will proceed to purchasing the car here in Japan from auctions.
After the purchase of the vehicle, the customers are given 3 business days to complete the rest of the payment.
Once the full payment is received, the shipment procedure of the car will be arranged.
After full payment is received, you can expect the car to arrive at your designated local seaport in 6-8 weeks, depending on shipment availability.
THE CARS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
We accept Bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT) to our Bank in Japan. Or payments can be done through PayPal.
In the case of a cancelled order, the losses incurred by the company will be covered by the security deposit.
If losses incurred by the company exceed the value of the deposit, the customer is liable to pay for the extra charges.
