Choose, confirm, ship.

A clear flow whether you buy from auction or from available stock. Use the tabs below to see each path.

Deposit

You need to send a security deposit to be able to view the auctions page.

Bidding

Once deposit is approved, you can search for vehicles and send bids on vehicles you want to purchase.

Purchase

If there is a successful bid, you will be notified, and the vehicle will be added to your portal.

Invoice

Invoice will be uploaded on your portal, please check and confirm the invoice.

Payment

After confirming your invoice, please make the payment as early as possible (2-3 business days).

Shipment

Once your payment is confirmed, we will process for shipment and send you the details as soon as they are confirmed.

Arrival

Your car arrives to the port. Any additional document/equipment of the vehicle will be sent to you by post.

Arrival

Arby International requires its customers to pay a 30% security/commitment deposit value of the C&F price of the car.
The C&F price includes the price of the car and the shipping fees to the designated seaport.
Once this amount is received, we will proceed to purchasing the car here in Japan from auctions.
After the purchase of the vehicle, the customers are given 3 business days to complete the rest of the payment.
THE CARS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
We accept Bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT) to our Bank in Japan. Or payments can be done through PayPal.

Prior registration is required. After registration is completed, you can choose from our stock list, or let us know what you have in mind.

We accept bank transfers and PayPal.

You can cancel a stock vehicle purchase within 5 days after confirmation and your deposit will be fully refunded. Auction cancellations depend on timing and may include penalties or resale/re-auction losses.

Once payment is received, the vehicle will be booked for the next available vessel to your destination. RORO vessels are generally available at least 1-2 ships a month; container shipments are weekly based.
